Until a few years ago, PSU was on my list.In my experience, Penn State for the great fans and location. Texas A&M close second just for the fans. By “fans” I mean courtesy, sportsmanship, tailgating, and stadium behavior. YMMV

The Red River Shootout is on my cfb bucket list.If I've being objective, the best pre-game and game experience I've ever been apart of was probably the Red River Shootout. The electricity is like an Iron Bowl or LSU game, but they are still split 50/50. And the atmosphere at the state fair of Texas is pretty cool too.
I know it won't be popular but it's also hard to beat being in Knoxville on a TSIO. It's not about the stadium (it's terrible) but the atmosphere before the game and during it is really hard to beat. I've attended more games at Neyland than any other place other than BDS and Legion Field.
I'm not old enough to have experience this, but my parents talk about how great the IB was when it was a 50/50 split at Legion Field.I've been to numerous OU away games but notwithstanding the Texas game which is technically a neutral site the best road experience I've ever had was at Tennessee in 2015...Mayfield's first year & his coming out party in the double OT comeback win. Ive been to A&M numerous times. I even went to their first SEC game vs Florida. Ironically, I am a graduate of T A&M but the traditions associated with their games is wierd to me. The experience there has improved with the stadium remodel and the removal of the track. If you count neutral site games, OU vs Texas is unmatched in my opinion. It's hard to describe the entire experience...on the state fairgrounds during the fair with the stadium half and half. We go to West Point next year...looking forward to that. My trip to Tuscaloosa was great...Bryant Museum, pre-game, etc. Fans were great but sort of like OU...knowledgeable but not crazy if that makes sense.
I would imagine it is the best neutral site game. Florida/Georgia is probably a close second. I would love to go to the OU/Texas game sometime, take in the fair and all the experience.I've been to numerous OU away games but notwithstanding the Texas game which is technically a neutral site the best road experience I've ever had was at Tennessee in 2015...Mayfield's first year & his coming out party in the double OT comeback win. I just can’t bring myself to go to UF-UGA. I do have OU-Texas on my bucket list.I would imagine it is the best neutral site game. Florida/Georgia is probably a close second. I would love to go to the OU/Texas game sometime, take in the fair and all the experience.
The Iron Bowl used to be this way, but there was no fair surrounding the game. However, you can feel the intensity through the screen even watching replays of those games, especially the ones in the 1980s.
I still think it can be or even is. Fulmer, notwithstanding, the average Bama and UT fans had nothing to do with the main issues. They had our # for a while and now we've had theirs. I'm rooting for CJP to at least get them back to competing for the east division. Don't get me wrong, I hope we extend our streak against them for years to come, but it would eventually be good for the east for them to start winning some big games.I have only been to 2 other stadiums. I went to Starkville (it was horrible, it rained a lot). I went to Knoxville in 1990 (everyone was super nice, got offered BBQ by rival fans, we chatted wished each other good luck). I really miss the days when the Third Saturday in October was a rivalry of mutual respect.
I hope Tennessee loses so much that future generations decide to abandon the program. The moment Fulmer tried to destroy our program and their fans relished in it was the moment I couldn't care less about their fans happiness and enjoyment for football. I like Jeremy Pruitt, but I hope his losing record continues because it would mean Tennessee's losing record continues grow.I still think it can be or even is. I dislike Auburn, but absolutely hate Tennessee. Youll never find me rooting for Tennessee EVER!!! Even if it benefits Alabama.
Lol. I thought my new avatar would be enough. Why didn't you attach the video that goes with this statement?
