The Southeastern Conference on Tuesday announced six-year agreements with 10 football post-season bowls, which includes the addition of the Las Vegas Bowl and the Gasparilla Bowl in Tampa, beginning with the 2020 post-season."

Not sure how the Independence Bowl will survive without the SEC.

I was just commenting on the fact that fans outside of the South are not likely to travel to Shreveport for a bowl game during Christmas week. SEC fans were close. Maybe they can get a deal done with the AAC. Some of those schools are close.
