Not bad. Insane. Attempting to appeal to a Noon ET audience with bad Pac 12 teams relegated to an empty stadium, TV studio type, 9 AM kickoff.

I'm betting we start seeing earlier kickoff times everywhere.

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ rules what happens.

The only place they can go to get more games on TV is earlier.

I can't imagine it would help their TV ratings. The PAC 12 has been an inferior conference for several years now and the rest of the country would not watch PAC 12 games when they're going head to head with the SEC and B1G. As it stands now at least some college football fans will watch those late games if their favorite team is done playing and they still crave more college football.

Well, they think that the reason that the PAC keeps getting left out of the CFP is the lack of viewers due to the time difference.

It’s fun watching a PAC 12 game at Buffalo Wild Wings at night after driving home from a big Bama win. [emoji13]

That must be a neat trick to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings AFTER you drive home from the Bama game, given there's one just up McFarland from Druid City hospital maybe a mile from the stadium.

Most fans (Auburn excepted, of course) would drive to BWW BEFORE driving home. (Auburn fans, by contrast, go celebrate at Tumor's Corner and then find out they actually lost. Sorry, wrong sport).

Or let the PAC play all it games on Sunday, better than watching the NFL.
A few years ago there was a lockout in the NFL that extended into the start of preseason. The PAC-whatever they were then said they would explore Sunday games if the NFL regular season was delayed.

But the article says 9 A.M. PT which would be 12:00 noon ET, the time when all the early SEC and B1G games kick off so nobody outside of PAC 12 country would watch.
I would rather watch Kentucky-Ole Miss at 11:00 than the PAC-12 version of the JP game.

Watching football at 9am would still be better than watching Gameday.
You, in georgia, would be watching at noon-ish,you know...

It's a great move IMO.

I really like several PAC12 teams, because of tradition : USC, Washington, Stanford, UCLA.

I hope they move to earlier, I'll watch.
