Ark must be loaded with b'ball talent for this class. Moses is the #40 overall player and is the #5 recruit from Ark. 4 other Ark players inside the top 40 is amazing.
247's state-by-state rankings are a bit weird. 247 links them with the state they are currently playing ball in. Even though he's from Arky, he plays ball in Florida so he's number 5 on Florida's state list.
ESPN has him as the number one player from Arky which sounds about right. But ESPNs individual stuff isn't updated as often as 247's
