While not a fan of either program, I expect the Gators to prevail by 4 points (not the -7 I have seen on some spreads). Also, I would hope the SEC "just means more".

Gators have more talent and a better coaching staff. Gators, big.

Yea I think Florida blows them out. It may be close at half and a low scoring game or something but I would be surprised if its ever in doubt that Florida is going to win the game.

I will tune in just from being football-starved. The game itself may be about as compelling as a slap fight between two second graders. If Florida loses this one they are in for a looooonnnnng season. I think the Gators pull away in the second half and win by 10-14.

I think this one may be close for a while, but the Gators will come out ahead by about 10.

As much as I dislike the Gators, the game should be theirs to win. Miami should have a good defense and Florida’s biggest question mark is their offensive line. The only chance Miami has is for their defense to win the game by keeping pressure on Franks.

I want Miami to win, but if my money had to be put on the line then I would bet Gators in the game

Florida 24 to Miami 20 is what I will go with for now

I think Florida caught a lot of breaks last year and come in ranked too high. I’ll take the Canes by 7.

Tough game to predict. Miami has won 12 of the last 16 meetings between the two. The only other time the game was played at Orlando was 1976 and Florida won. They are 3-3 in neutral site games. Florida seems to be on an uptrend while Miami appears to be in a downtrend so I'll take the Gators.

I'll go with the fighting Bazzas. I imagine there's more talent on the Gator roster and a SEC win (even though most of us don't care about these things) is good for national perception of the league.

Recruiting comparisons - last 4 years (includes transfers in, but not transfers out):

Florida - 2019: 5* - 1, 4* - 19, 3* - 8
Miami - 2019: 5* - 0, 4* - 12, 3* - 13
Florida - 2018: 5* - 0, 4* - 13, 3* - 7
Miami - 2018: 5* - 1, 4* - 14, 3* - 8
Florida - 2017: 5* - 0, 4* - 11, 3*- 11, 2* - 1
Miami - 2017: 5* - 0, 4* - 10, 3* - 14
Florida - 2016: 5* - 0, 4* - 9, 3* - 16
Miami - 2016: 5* - 0, 4* - 9, 3* - 10

Florida Total: 5 stars - 1, 4 stars - 52, 3 stars - 42
Miami Total: 5 stars - 1, 4 stars - 45, 3 stars - 45

They are a lot more comparable in talent than I expected them to be.
