Amazing to me how coaches don't know the rules. Guy is giving the Line Judge the business about a horse collar. Grabbing the back of the jersey doesn't constitute a horse collar penalty

It does now, changed a year or so ago. Now even grabbing the jersey near the name plate is a horse collar.

Wonder if the player has to go down or if the actual grabbing is the penalty? Guess it's the former since they didn't call it.
