I'm sorry, but I just think it's a mistake. I think Mac should be in and running a normal offense. There's no need to hold the score down on these guys...

That would be a crappy way to send the message, so he's never done that. He sends QBs back in right after an INT, usually, and RBs after a fumble. Pulling them is the way to make sure they dwell on their mistake...
