If it’s so blatant, where’s the proof? That’s all this takes is proof of wrongdoing. Even a Democratic congressman is saying there’s nothing new in these hearings. Nothing. Pelosi is going to move forward with a vote regardless, and this sham will probably cost the Dems any chance at winning the election next year as well.
Its not a sham, witch hunt or any other misleading description. Its holding a corrupt and unfit person accountable for his actions. (Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.)

Perhaps. However, given that what we already knew going into the hearings--that Trump used the power of his office to pressure a foreign nation into investigating a political rival--is an impeachable offense in and of itself, I'm not sure that helps your position.

Pelosi is going through this process 1. because the Constitution says she should, and 2. Because given the GOP's professed indifference to criminal behavior, the best hope for a conviction is to dig up enough evidence that GOP senators will get pressure from their constituents to convict. Polls numbers suggest that she may be making some headway.

yet another thing that will have to be proven individually to each totally not a trump supporter supporter.

House investigating whether Trump lied to Mueller

Washington (CNN)The House of Representatives is now investigating whether President Donald Trump lied to special counsel Robert Mueller in written answers he provided in the Russia investigation, the House's general counsel said in federal court Monday.

"Did the President lie? Was the President not truthful in his responses to the Mueller investigation?" House general counsel Douglas Letter told the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit about why the House now needs access to grand jury material Mueller collected in his investigation.

The House's arguments Monday draw new focus to whether Trump had lied to Mueller following public revelations at Roger Stone's trial this month.

Saying "nothing new" surfaced in these hearings is like walking into an outhouse and saying there's nothing new about this smell.

Plenty of proof of crimes has been established before the hearings, the witnesses are confirming them.

Today's hearings ought to be pretty informative.

The first hearing will feature testimony from Jennifer Williams, an aide to Vice President Mike Pence, and Alexander Vindman, a National Security Council official who heard the president's July 25 call with the Ukrainian president.

Two other officials -- Kurt Volker and Tim Morrison -- will testify in the afternoon.

Red letter day, judging from Sondland's opening statement, he plans to park the freaking bus on top of the whole bunch of them and leave it there.
