Game Thread: NLDS Braves vs Cardinals (Best of 5)

I guess lets keep the whole series to this thread.

Dallas is on the mound for us, and we avoid Flathery for game 1. Mikolas is basically there to try to steal game 1. If the Braves want to win this series the I think it is imperative to win Game 1 because it will put St Louis in a very uncomfortable situation in how to use Flathery.

dang I forgot how loud Atlanta can get in the postseason. I hope it stays this loud for a few weeks.

BTW. I dont want to bring up bad news, but that ump that called the infield fly against us vs the cards.... he is one of the umps in the series

1-1 going to the bottom of the 5th. But Braves are going to have to depend on their bullpen to win. We will see how good the acquisitions really are really soon.

Yeah, Im more optimistic with Fried coming in right now.

so it looks like we have basically made this a 3 pitcher series. Dallas, Folty, and Soroka. I think we only see Fried or Tehran as a starter if we are up 2-1.

If he was as fat as Adam Dunn then I would be all for him Adam Dunn slow stepping, but good grief he is so fast that an extra base would put extreme pressure on a team. Snit maybe cant pull him this time but he should

Yeah, and without Charlie we would almost have to put Flowers in at this point if he did yank him. I dont know if Riley is on the roster.
