1) Let's not get all crazy here. Pac 12 officials are the worst. The rest are all tied for second place.
2) The officiating in the USC/Florida game was more than just terrible. It was biased, crooked, just plain fishy. It should prompt an investigation for corruption/gambling. But there will be no investigation.
