I'll be very surprised if that's the case. It doesn't make much sense if they can land at TCL (and they can definitely land at TCL).
I have a buddy that helps the president travel and he’s going to be involved in this. If AF1 lands in Ttown and Trump takes a car to the stadium then my buddy wouldn’t be involved, so I’m guessing that’s not how they’re doing it.

I guess I wasn't clear enough. Anyone who comments - or who comments on a comment - about the president's popularity or anything remotely political will be be suspended until after the game. Is that now clear enough? And anyone who replies to this post is being foolish. Apparently, it's impossible to have a non-political thread on the football board. I'll give it just a little while longer...

Again:

About all we can really discuss here are the impacts on traffic, security, etc. I saw that a thread was started here which quickly went political and had to be moved to NS. If you have political remarks to make, please go to that board to make them...

I haven't seen it confirmed and my guess is it won't be, but I've read much on Twitter tonight that suggests Trump will be flying Air Force Two into TCL. Air Force Two is a 757 that is usually used to fly the Vice President. It can definitely land at TCL whereas Air Force One cannot. So, if you're staying in Northport or live anywhere between TCL and Bryant-Denny leave very early. I just hope I can get there early enough from east Alabama.

Tuscaloosa officials were saying earlier today that they recommend all those flying in to be here early on Friday.
Flights for folks coming to this game have been booked for a long time. Do these "Tuscaloosa officials" have a time machine?

I suspect they mean flying into TCL, most of which are private jets. If you're flying in on a private jet, you probably have far more flexibility wrt travel times.

There is now a TFR at KTCL, effective the day of the game.

I believe more private prop planes than jets...
My house is less than 2 miles from TCL and directly in flight path. You would be surprised how many jets fly in on game day. The bigger games like this just bring in more.
