Game Thread: Penn State @ Minnesota

Huge stop on 4th and goal for Penn State. That ball hung in the air for about forty forevers. Great defensive play by the Gophers.
State Penn is going down! Watch the Gophers shoot up the playoff poll. they should be no worse than 6 after this.
I'd LOVE for this weeks new rankings to be:
1) tOSU
2) Alabama
3) Minnesota
4) L9U
5) Clemson (Play Somebody)
6) UGA
Thought so. Then I hear an announcer say something along the lines of " you get a half second grace period." I completely felt lost then, as I have never heard of any rule stating that. I was under the impression that when the play clock hits 0 and the ball isn't snapped, delay of game. Is officiating getting this bad or are agendas being pushed?
