I think they’ve shown great potential but heaven help us if we play Oklahoma in the Sugar Bowl. I could easily see a very highly motivated Lincoln Riley team dropping 40+ maybe even 50+ on us in what would be a game that I’m sure our guys wouldn’t even get up for.

How long have you been having Oklahoma nightmares? :D

Jalen might run for 200 yards on us.

I personally do not want to see a Bama-Sooner matchup. Not because I think they are better or would beat us, I don't. I respect them plenty but see beating Jalen a lose, lose situation. I'd much rather play Utah, Washington, Penn St or Michagan just because it does not happen very often.

I just read that Terrell Lewis will be honored Saturday at Senior day as a Redshirt Junior. Apparently he has already decided to go pro a year early, according to sources. I hope he has a great game vs Auburn. I doubt he will play in the bowl game unless it is the playoffs, and I don't blame him.

No dice - none of those teams will be in the CFP.

I’d bet money we will be matched against the Sooners if we both miss the playoffs

Oklahoma would torch us in a matchup this year. If Tua was our QB, I'd be confident in our chances though...I still think Mac Jones would have a good game though.

Why are there so many electrons on this board?
I mean, that is just my informed decision having watched each team play a great deal this season. I'm not Chicken Littling a loss for an unscheduled possible opponent but the matchup is far more even without Tua and maybe even favoring OU a slight bit right now.

A lot about our projections depends on how the offense looks with Mac Jones at quarterback long-term. If we find an offensive groove, who know what this team could do...maybe even still win it all. Just a lot of uncertainty right now.
