I saw Pratville beat Hoover last night on CSS. Roman Harper, JPW, and I believe Prince Hall were at the game. Andrew Zow was commentating with two other guys.
I'll go with Pratville. They look dang good. Did you see the way Ross Wilson got whacked and his father had to come out of the stands to check on him on the sidelines? Ouch! That was a great hit.

Bobby Greenwood and Travis McCall were also there.
Prattville has a solid core returning. The WR that threw the TD pass that was called back for interference will be the QB although he will be challenged by an upcoming 10th grader. The RB is a junior. However, like most high school teams it will depend on how quickly the underclassmen step up into leadership roles.
Great job by Coach Clark and staff. Good plan by the OC DuBose (yes, he is related to that DuBose). What a fitting tribute to our four fallen Lions (especially Coach Lo).
Congrats to Hoover as well for a very solid and well coached team.
I'm ready for next year, Go Lions!

Watch for Hoover they will be out for blood in 2007.
