Just completed reading Coach Saban book by the title above, published in 2005, written with Brian Curtis. It's an easy read, about 221 pages, and I completed it in two days and not a fast reader. It explains the "process" that he is embarked upon at Bama.
If you have listened to the speeches that he has given thus far after becoming the Bama Coach, you pretty much have the outline of the book. Apparently he wrote what he believes has made him a success and is sticking to it aas the Bama Coach.
Pretty simple book, but I would recommend it for anyone that wishes to get a better insight into his thinking.

I ended up getting this book for my brother and my dad for Christmas a couple years ago. Had Nick Saban autograph them and mine. Pretty cool. My dad is a Business Exec and he actually uses quotes out of the book in his meetings.
