1 salt and pepper tomatoes
2 place 1 tbsp blue cheese in each tomato then top with breadcrumbs
3 place tomatoes on cold side of grill and cover. cook till tomatoes till they are slightly soft and cheese melts about 12-15 minutes.

This sounds wonderful, though I think I am going to have to wait until the recall of tomatoes is over or I am going to have to go out and buy a tomato plant.

That is what they are saying in the news but more like taken off the shelf and the grocery stores and restaurants aren't serving them here. Guess that there have been a few recent cases of salmonella linked to tomatoes.

Here is one article I found. The stories that are online from my area (Columbus Ohio) are all video's and I am not sure how to link those.
