That's just because Atlanta didn't think of it first. He seems to only want to mimic the ATL. First beluga whales and now the Olympics. Local dysfunction aside, are they really going to put the games in two cities located 150 miles apart within 25 years of one another? No. Secondly, Atlanta allegedly played with the stats to fib a bit on the local summer temps. I don't think the committe will fall for that one 2x.
