1 - Slice the potatoes with the peeling still on . Make your slices as thin as the width of a nickle or quarter & place them in your dish .
2 - Add 3 tblspns of butter and just enough water to reach a level of half the height of your potatoes .
3 - Sprinkle a tblspn of seasoned salt along with about 1/4 tspn of black pepper .
4 - Nuke covered on high for 8 minutes . If using Saran , make sure to poke a couple of holes in it .
5 - Remover lid & stir . Add parsley if desired .
6 - Cover and nuke it on high for 4 more minutes .
Done
You can add whatever you want ..... cheese , broccoli , onion , bell pepper , etc. . Even bacon at the end . Pretty much whatever you'd add to a baked potato .
