 Place cedar plank on grill, close grill and let plank grill for 3 minutes
 Flip plank, and lay salmon filets across plank and close grill.
 Cook until filets are done. Do not flip or turn filets.
 My filets are done after they reach 130 degrees temperature. (Use a meat thermometer)
 Mix a melted butter into the spread, then coat the filets after you take them off the grill.
 Serving suggestions: steamed zuchini and wild rice as sides.
 Serves 4
