Dice and boil potatoes.
Drain potatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix with cheese, onions, and mayo/sour cream combo.
Pour into greased casserole dish and top with bacon and green olives.
Bake at 325 degrees uncovered for one hour. Just make sure bacon is cooked thoroughly.
