Mix all of the ingredients together, throw them in the pie shells, and bake at 300°F for one hour.
It's even better with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on it.

Yep I have had one. Pecans are better IMO but if you want a similar pie and don't have any pecans try this out.

I don't think my family would let me in the door for the holidays if I showed up with a Pinto Bean Pie and the Vinegar pie from Bayou!! Well at least I would be able to tell them what the pies are called!!! :biggrin:
