Place chicken in oven for approximately 30 minutes (might take longer depending on size of chicken breasts)
meanwhile cook noodles or rice
drain rice or noodles then place back in pot and pour dressing in it heat 5 minutes or until warm.
place all on plate
when done sprinkle with parmesian cheese
