Mix cream cheese , worchestershire sauce and garlic together till all of the sauce is folded into the cream cheese. Add the shredded cheese and fold together. Take a small shrimp fork and stuff the jalapenos with the cheese mixture. Wrap the jalapenos with 1/2 a slice of bacon and secure with a tooth pick. Place in a jalapeno rack or lay on it's side. Bake at 375 for about 40 minutes.
