In your crockpot mix two cans of cream of mushroom soup , one pack of liptons onion soup mix and one cup of water. Brown the beef tips and add. Cook on low for 8 hours. Server over egg noodles or rice.

Just put some of this on the crock pot over the lunch hour. Added some cabernet sauvignon instead of the burgundy since it was available. Went with your suggestion to add baby carrots. The results later.Substitute 1 cup burgundy wine for the water and you have almost beef burgundy. Serve over egg noodles.
A bag of frozen pearl onions and some baby carrots go good in this.
