Appetizer: Buffalo Shrimp

beat 1 egg in medium bowl. mix in 1/2 cup milk.
add shrimp to bowl and mix to make sure shrimp are well coated with the egg mixture
add 1 cup all purpose flour to 1 gallon freezer bag
place shrimp in freezer bag and toss until well coated with flour
fry shrimp 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown
toss in buffalo sauce when done

To make buffalo sauce

melt 1/4 c butter in microwave
mix 1/4 c Crystal hot sauce, 1/8 tsp paprika, 1/8 tsp pepper, dash garlic pwdr, 2 tsp brown sugar with melted butter
