I'm watching the Cincinatti/Louisville game. I just noticed how ugly both of these teams uniforms are, mainly because they've just made them too gawdy. At any rate, I thought it would be fun for everybody to come up with a top 10 list of who they think have the ugliest uniform in college football:
My list
1) Oregon - When they wear their regular green helmets, green jerseys, and white pants theirs is not bad, but the all yellow and the ones that look steel plated look ridiculous.
2) Cincinatti-The ridiculous "Cat Scratches" on the pants bolt this team almost to the top
3) TCU-Purple shirts and Black pants just don't look right.
4) Louisville - The black pants with the upside down strip, or whatever, just doesn't flow, especially with all the other weird stripes on the helmet and jerseys.
5) Kentucky - The blue helmets and the blue shirts together are just too much. I liked their uniforms much better when they had the white helmets with the blue strip and logo.
6) Cal - I used to like their uniforms. The last year or two, they've made too many changes for the worse. Should go back to the classic look they used to have.
7) Miami - Again, too many weird changes that don't make sense. What is that strip along the back of the jersey for? Their uniforms from the 80's and early 90's weren't bad.
8) San Jose St. - Just plain awful
9) Iowa St. - They were not good anyway, and not bad now since they made the uniform change this year, but they look too much like USC. This one is in because of lack of originality.
10) Wyoming - Just bad, but it was nice seeing those uniforms run up and down the field on UT...
