The "Mike-Dennis-Mike" era at Alabama was nothing to write home about. Our record for the ten year stretch from 1997-2006 was 67-54 - a winning percentage of .554.
I wonder if this is the worst ten year record in Alabama's history (in winning percentage). Anyone know how to research this?
I was on a website a few years ago that was basically a database of yearly results for Alabama. You could query any particular season or any particular time period and the database would spit out the win-loss record for that period. For example, I typed-in 1960-1979 and it gave me Alabama's total win-loss record and winning percentage for those seasons (it was extremely high).
Now I cannot remember where that site is. It would be interesting to find out what the ten-year record was leading up to "Mama's call". Can anyone help?
Thanks
