Pump the brakes on Kelly to Cleveland... looks like it won't happen, and it looks as if he might actually remain at Oregon. Philadelphia is his only other option at this point.

I haven't started my daily research yet, but I do believe the Browns may have been rubbed the wrong way by how his interview ended. After 7 hours of negotiations he told them he was going to interview with a couple of other teams. You can't do that... You can tell them you need a day or two to think about it, but to just be brazen and say "I want to interview with someone else too..."
