Also according to Football Scoop, Taggart has not signed a contract extension that Oregon offered a week ago.

That's why I couldn't get why people took his tweet as he is staying at Oregon. He may well wind up staying, but his tweet is just coachspeak, but because of who he is, he's staying. Jeez.
