2018 NFL Draft Thread

Hand, and Averitt should go next. I could see Bozeman and Brown after that. Not sure about Bo, Levi, or Hamilton. I would think JK will have to sign as a free agent. I doubt teams will use a pick on a punter I could be wrong and hope I am.

Bo actually has a pretty decent draft grade - better than Bozeman or Brown.

I feel pretty certain that Hand, Averett, Scarborough and Brown will be drafted. The rest really come down to team needs. Scott only gets drafted if 2 teams really need a punter (the kid from Texas will get drafted). Wallace and SDH come with risks. Bozeman should be drafted, but he is seen strictly as a center. Foster, Sims and Frazier are going to be FAs, IMO.

Most teams see Ronnie Harrison as a box safety with limited coverage skills. I thought the same of Landon Collins and he's arguably one of the best safeties in the NFL right now. The Jags are a great landing place for them because their corners are lock-down man coverage types. They'll be rolling a safety down to play the run and interior passing game because they have confidence in their pass rush and coverage.

Hand went to the perfect place for him IMO. Bo Davis is their DL coach and Patricia is a Belichick guy. If he's going to get closer to reaching his potential that's a perfect place for it.

Really classic testament to how mind-numbingly dumb and terrible at their jobs NFL scouts are: 4 NC State defensive lineman have been taken so far (a few picks to go in the fourth round). Nevermind that that was a completely average defense playing in a weak conference... you'll definitely want to take their 4th best defensive lineman!
