Our best "hitters" went 1-11 tonight. Bullpen didn't do that. Yes, our bullpen sucks beyond words. Our bats have been bad too.

Yes but most of these losses are due to the bullpen. I can live with getting shut down by an ace, but at some point we have to win games in which we are leading 1-2 runs late in the game.

One batter that needs to go is Pache. I don’t care if we have to put Adrianza in center or have some weird combination between Riley, Freddie, and Panda but we desperately need a guy that can get on base. When 3 pitchers have more hits through 36 games than you then you need to go or ride bench until we need a runner.

If we were hitting 1-7 on a consistent basis, had a great pitching staff, or had a DH then I could take Pache being bad and learning. But we are looking at a team that might be out of serious contention by mid June. You need better bats over position players at this point.

Basically Adrianza to Right and Riley to 3rd. Acuna is probably POed at playing center though.

The problem is that we missed a chance to blow the game wide open in the 1st but Swanson and Adrianza just couldn’t.
