In that baby girl Pac 12 he won't have to do much to start turning the ship. Outside of Oregon, USC, and a scrappy Utah there is nothing in that conference. Stanford is in a bad place. The Arizona teams aren't going anywhere. Cal is a joke, and we could go on. If he can bring in some good recruits and play them early for the experience they could be relevant in the conference in year 3 at worst.
