Well at first glance I don’t like it. Flirting here could lead to a change of heart / allow Freeze to throw big money around. The only good that could come from it is he’s actually recruiting one of the other two guys back to us!

I did a little more digging. Seems like he “canceled” aka postponed the Bama visit do to the new invite to the Bama vs Miss game. Auburn was already planned.

Ah. Nice spin they put on it. I know he’s taking his visits and I still feel good about him rolling with the Tide but I can’t stand Freeze and really wish Williams wouldn’t give him the time of day.

Sorry guys, but if Hugh Freeze is in any way, shape, or fashion anywhere in the same zip code as one of our recruits, I`ll be nervous until the kid`s signature is on paper. You know he`s got to have carte blanche with the check book and that, along with his " righteous" bovine excrement of a pitch can turn a kid`s ( or his parent`s ) head.

Bama/Miss all-star game is Sat. If Williams had planned to be at Bama on Sat. and then go to Auburn on Sunday his inclusion in the game explains his not being at Bama this weekend.

I don't expect the two 4* freshmen in the rotation, but Preston and Hamilton may see play time. Both already have seen minimal play time.

My only concerned with Williams going forward is no matter how many times he says he is " all Bama" and reassurances from people close to him, why is he continuing to visit auburn, over and over again?? There's nothing he hasn't seen at the barn that he already hasn't seen before. He has an OV coming up and so why the repeated visits?? As they say in recruiting, "follow the visits".
I don't like it and I hope I'm wrong on my gut feeling but I could see Freeze and auburn setting Bama up on NSD.

Williams was in Tuscaloosa for almost every home game. I think he missed one. He was in auburn when bama played on the road and one time for the iron bowl.

He likes to go to games, there two big schools in driving distance, he's spends most of his weekends in the one that's furthest away (Tuscaloosa)

Hes going to take all 5 visits because, he has fun on visits.

Hes about as solid as he can be.
