He is a class of 2026 player, but 5* G and top 3 player nationally Caleb Holt has Bama in top 10. Originally from New Market and played at Buckhorn before transferring to Grayson, GA.


In Alabama basketball news, one of the top prospects in the entire 2026 class reportedly has the Tide on his radar. According to Joe Tipton of On3, 5-Star guard Caleb Holt from Loganville, Georgia has been visited by ten schools, one of which was the Crimson Tide.


Holt is the No. 1 ranked player in the state of Georgia and the No. 3 player in the 2026 class. Originally from New Market, Alabama, he attended Buckhorn High School before transferring to Grayson.

If he transferred like that he’s probably already in someone’s pocket.

It is nice to see Alabama on the list of the big guys in recruiting.

He's a beast, saw him play in the championship games at the BJCC the last two seasons. I can't remember what the tie was to Grayson for him to go there but I think they had another blue chip recruit to join him there as well.

I can provide insight into that as he's from my area. He transferred to Grayson because of NIL deal. Alabama doesn't have that. That's the only reason.

I think most of them spelled it satan, especially since he was born on Halloween and all. Envy is a green eyed monster.

Also, many people have ridiculous and idiotic spellings and pronunciations of names these days, so I had to stop giving a crap.
