It's a bummer we didn't get him, but only because he's committing now. It sucks having to wait, but if we get Thomas, then it'll be well worth it. I'd prefer him over Johnson, anyways. Then if we can somehow pry Dybantsa from BYU, that would be icing on the cake

I agree with you, Meleek would be worth the wait.

Both guys are top players, but Meleek could possibly be a better fit for BAMA.

And, of course, AJ Dybantsa would be the brass ring on the carousel for me. :)

It does not mean that. You will always make room for the best player in the country. Bama doesn't have the NIL money to compete for Dybansta. BYU has a ton of it and will pay him.
How do we not have the NIL money? They said we're top 6-7 in the country in nil now. Highly doubt byu is even top 10. I agree he'll end up there, but not solely because of NiL
