I read where the JUCO kid did not come away with a committable offer. May happen but staff wants to see more of him on tape.

Not necessarily.

All you can tell from this is the staff wants another tight end and has seen enough tape to make two new offers.

They were offered at basically the same time. Offers aren't made one at a time like that.
