Plus, I would not be surprised if Ruhle just “happens” to find a job for his dad on staff at the end of the season. No inside info. Just speculation on my part.

For some strange reason, I never envision Merritt in Crimson. I was actually surprised when he verbally committed to Bama. He seemed out of his depth coming to Tuscaloosa. Goid luck to him and hopefully he has a great career in Lincoln.

Family and friends getting from Overland Park/Kansas City to Lincoln or some of road destinations for Nebraska might be a bit easier.

And truthfully Matt Ruhle is probably not a bad guy to play for. I hate to lose him, but wish the kid luck.
