And that's why right there, the NBA draft has become a joke, and why only Juniors and Seniors should be able to enter the NFL draft!!! I know that's not fully basketball, but it's related!!! I think the NBA should do the same as the NFL and put a rule stating the player at least goes to college for one year or something, it's insane for some of these HS players coming straight from high school to the pros!!

I don't think there should the Employer should put a limit on who can submit a resume for a job. Because that is exactly what this is, people applying for a job. If the Employer (the team) thinks the employee has potential and wants to secure exclusive negotiating rights with him that is thier decision. If the potential Employee (the player) wants to apply for the job even if they aren't qualified they should still be able to apply. Just my two cents.
