Do I need to go over to the thread about Milroe being a below average QB to get info about any possible portal moves?
Every thread ends up the same these days.Do I need to go over to the thread about Milroe being a below average QB to get info about any possible portal moves?
I just read that a ND part time starting guard has entered the portal, but the article says he has a "no contact" message.

It is really going to be impossible to prevent this in today’s CFB. These guys are all connected in far fewer than 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon. All it takes is a couple ofI take that to mean his destination was already decided prior to entering the portal.
Is that a safe assumption?
The better question is what happened when we had the chance to go to OT.
Maybe an O line coach.Looks like Notre Dame has a couple of O-Lineman headed to the portal. Wonder if we're looking at any of them.
Maybe an O line coach.
The last two seasons did a psych job on us.Until we have a more stable situation at QB, it's hard to fault any O coach or grouping. the 23 OL was much maligned, but with JC Latham, Seth M and Booker there will be at least three high draft picks. I wouldn't be shocked if Roberts and Proctor are regarded highly next season. 24 might not be quite as talented as 23, but who knows.

We also tend to forget the HC (Kalen DeBoer) came out early in the season and publicly said we would only run approximately 10% of his offense this year and that the rest of the offense wouldn't be installed until the next offseason. Think about how much that restricts the play-caller. It restricts the number of plays the OC can call, the options for adjustments the OC can go to, and overall puts the guy in a bind if the QB has the number of limitations our QB had. It's like dealing him a hand of crappy cards and then getting upset with him because he lost the hand.
My guess is Sheridan isn't the best OC in the country and NFL teams are busting his door down begging for his services. But when you restrict the man's playbook to 10% of the offense, and basically hand the guy a set of 10-15 plays for THE SEASON, what do we really expect?
I keep checking this thread thinking there is news on a transfer...![]()
All I know is that if a OT with good starting experience shows up we need to write some checks
I wonder if performance based pay enhancements might not be on the horizon? And hope they clear.![]()
They could already be here, nobody knows what these kids are signing.I wonder if performance based pay enhancements might not be on the horizon?
