“They real Nice”

That’s been our problem for sure and he ain’t wrong.

But the Defense does seem to have more of a chip on their shoulder thanks to Steele.

The Offense needs to listen to this clip on repeat though.

They need to get MEAN on the OL.

I honestly wasn't sure what he was saying...I know the tenor of it was basically that "Bama ain't #1 anymore" but beyond that it was pretty inarticulate.
He was trying to say that Saban has a standard and this team isn't meeting it, but stopped himself short a few times because he's at least smart enough not to say what he's clearly thinking...

He put the vibe out there.... so one can assume what he was trying to say and that's bad. He will regret saying this or at least put that thought out there.

I hope he'll regret it.

A few years ago I'd be rubbing my hands KNOWING that Bama was going to show up and utterly destory ATM after this sort of minor thing. Now I only hjope it fires up the team enough to play like they're capable.

Like I said, he didn't say anything I disagree with, but I doubt I would have said it. We'll know a lot more this Saturday as to whether this teams is what we hoped it might be or what we feared it might be.

I have a good feeling about this team this weekend. This is the game where I expect the team to grow significantly on both side of ball.

Alabama has always been the victim of selective enforcement by the SEC. From officiating to scheduling we seem to get the short end of the stick. Smith’s transfer was just another example of trying to knock the king off their throne.
Another one for the "anything to hobble Bama" files.....

I still believe.
