I talked to one of the girls on Monday and she said the producer asked for head shots of all the wait staff, then picked out 5, who will be included the days they shoot. She said she didn't get picked and was bummed they won't get any pay for that week. So I gave her double the generous tip I usually leave.
The owner will be getting paid for this - I truly hope he does the right thing and shares some of that with his staff!
