Have wondered about Cassie Reilly-Boccia. I know that she was an instructor for a time. Maybe she has moved on from softball though.

By the NCAA adding a coaching position and Habetz retiring, Murph has a chance to "reinvent" the program kinda like PWB did in 1971 with the wishbone. If he can pull it off, it will be quite the cherry on top to a HOF career.
Congrats to Coach Habetz and all the best in retirement- was a huge part of a lot of wins over the past 25 years.

Murph has a chance to do that - but nothing in his career to date indicates he will think outside the box.

Habetz was a good cheerleader back in the day, and she is to be commended for her loyalty. But the game today is radically different and coaches must be skilled teachers at the nuances of the game, as well as cheerleaders.

No team will win a NC with Bama's hitting strategy - it's a decade behind top teams. Murph needs a radical change.

I previously said we should go outside the program but you sure can't complain about KB. Winner in every respect! RTR!

I'm with y'all on the hitting- I heard her interview on SEC this AM yesterday, and she said she will be involved with helping Adam Arbour with the hitting, especially the Lefties.

On a culture note, I like the new energy- programs can get stale and I felt we needed some change.
