Anyone have any fried banana recipes?

Do you keep schnops in freezer? If not, you should try it-won't freeze and oh, ever so good that cold! Of course, I do this because it takes me so long to use up a bottle, but looking @ list above, it might not have enough time to freeze! LOL!

Yes, I usually have a bottle of peppermint schnapps in the freezer. I also keep a bottle of good vodka in the freezer my favorite is Belvedere. Schnapps poured over shaved ice like a snow cone is a pretty good adult treat.

I got hooked on peppermint schnapps at a young age. We had a neighbor who was building a new garage one summer. I was around four years old and my neighbor kept a half pint of peppermint schnapps in his hip pocket. We would work a while, I carried a board or a couple of nails for him, then he would get out the schnapps and we would take a little nip.

Thanks, Slab....this is basically how I "fry" bananas, except I never thought about adding rum......mmmmh! I'll add next time I serve b's as a dessert!
