I'm sitting here wondering why someone convicted of double murder is ever out on parole.
A guy here out on parole for murder took out three more in Marshall County. Not only should he not have been let out, with a messy record in prison, he wasn't even bothering to check in with his parole officer. It did cause a shakeup at the state pardons and parole board...

Boy did it ever. (hint, I work for this agency). Ever since the shake up, they have let fewer people out and now people are complaining about the board being too strict. You can just never make people happy.
