That's what I meant by taking it personal.I think it is pretty much human to feel resentment towards another individual when you have been jilted.

still a virgin at 28. And now, roll tide~!We all need to cut this kid some slack! Back when we were his age, it would be like us having to go over to our girlfriends house and tell her parents she's Pregnant!
Funny how this would have never been known ten to fifteen years ago, today the picture is the news and the security efforts go unnoticed (although they did great and hopefully BC didn't see the sign in person). My son who graduated in August talked to one of the boys in the picture. His friend didn't know the moron with the sign, but did say it was taken by security nearly as quick as it went up.
Security taking the sign away helped at the moment but the person taking the picture and putting in on the internet shot those efforts out the window.Funny how this would have never been known ten to fifteen years ago, today the picture is the news and the security efforts go unnoticed (although they did great and hopefully BC didn't see the sign in person).
Ha, you know its addicting. So to that I say... see ya next year! :biggrin:Vitriol when he switched and then vitriol when he may have second thoughts. This recruiting season can't end soon enough.
Maybe its time to take up a different hobby.:rolleye2:
I'm w/ you on that one. I've seen that pic make the rounds and all I can think is that some dude held their phone really low so as not to go detected, snapped a pic from behind Calloway w/out him noticing, and then quickly posted it on the net. Good thing the same picture taker didn't run into him at the urinals.Seriously?
A cell phone shot from the side with ZERO other information...good heavens.
Never say never...remember Rudy Johnson?no RB that is 6'1 and runs a 4.6+ 40 will do any good against an SEC defense.
Shaun Alexander ran a 4.6 forty, and became nfl mvp .just a little info i picked up from someone who knows this kid and his "adoptive parents", said that it was calloway's birth father (who looks like a thug if i might add LOL) who was pushing him toward the barn and that his adoptive parents loved everything about bama (as you can tell from comments in the article from friday). sounds like his birth father is seeing some $ signs (ala Scam's daddy) LOL....just my opinion though! hey if he switches back to us then good for him, but if he stays with the barn, then he still will end up on defense and be ....ed at them and prob leave because no RB that is 6'1 and runs a 4.6+ 40 will do any good against an SEC defense.
LOL shaun also was a hell of a lot bigger than this kid, and i've seen brent in person playing both b-ball and football and he ain't no 6'1, cause if he's 6'1 then i'm 6'6 hahaShaun Alexander ran a 4.6 forty, and became nfl mvp .
Luper probably sent one of his minions to the game with that sign. While I agree that BC is a young man and responsible for his actions and of course we live in a society that coddles young men too much, there is simply no excuse for a fan to hold up such a sign. Never, under any circumstance. That young man has failed to grasp the notion of "class" as it pertains to being a Bama fan, and I hope he gets a swift kick in the rear. And anyone in these parts who feels that such a sign is in anyway justified is off the mark, and badly.
It looked like that sign was held up in the old Mark's Madness section of Coleman. When I was a student several years ago, that group tended to be pretty clean-cut and sober. If that's still the case, it's even more pathetic that someone like that held up such a sign.
