Anybody have a great recipe for a great baked potato?

Olive oil and salted on the outside, fork punctured, in 450 degree preheated oven on a parchment lined baking sheet for 45-55 mins, split, load up with salt, fresh ground pepper and boatload of Kerrygold butter and enjoy! I'd lean toward organic russets since they are on the dirty dozen.
