Or with protecting oneself from potential harm with someone has a reputation (and a deserved one at that) for bringing or allowing such harm. And "Christian" should not be used as an excuse to simply "enable" someone to do new wrongs or protect them from the consequences of their past wrongs (not accusing you of saying this, to be clear). Exactly how and where that applies to Freeze or anyone else depends on the particulars. I have my own thoughts on Freeze, even though I understand I have formed my opinions on limited information.
But the bottom line here is risk tolerance when it comes to hiring Freeze assuming the other boxes are checked (like does he fit in?). Qualifications are not an issue at all. Risk tolerance does matter. What is the risk? Is the organization willing to tolerate the risk?
