It looks like the offense should be able to score 24 points on the CU defense but; if the Bama D doesn't come to play that certainly won't be enough. When CU played Nebraska it was a track meet. CU scored 65 points against a bad Nebraska club. We should be better than that.:conf3:

Seems to me that the key here is not to turnover the ball. Nebraska's offense faired much better in terms of rushing/passing, the biggest thing that got them was the 3 inteceptions. So, I'm not sure how much the 65 points was Colorado's offense as much as it was their defense or Nebraska's lack of offense.

To be honest, our D plays well enough to keep us in games, but they are just not talented enough to win games. However, our O is talented enough(with the exception of the QB position)to win games, but due to TO 's have the effect of losing games for us!

Sorry to disagree, IMO, our D has been good enough to win us games. It's our O that has lost them for us. The D can only do so much.:mad2:

Will the BAMA offense vs. Tenn. please show up!!! If so, I think we will be in good shape. I've often wondered what our offense would look like with BC's Matt Ryan at the helm. Can anyone say "not Shreveport".

I wish we had Colt Brennan as our QB. We sure would't be in the weed eater bowl. I think we will win but it depends on which JPW shows up. Or if CNS lets one of the other QB's play.:BigA:

The best defense is a good offense, and a good offense starts with a good offensive line.

We ain't got one of those, yet.

The OL is at least as big of a problem as a QB who has let the speed of the game catch up to him. We block well, the game slows down, and the QB plays better.

As an example, look at the beatdown administered to Tennessee. They had no answer for JPW and DJ, because the blocking was there.
