Bama Hats

Perhaps it's a "Generational" thing, but I can't begin to express how refreshing, and how nice it is, to see a winsome young woman without any visible tattoos, and ESPECIALLY without a "Tramp Stamp" - that had to be about the most useless and trashy "Fad" in the history of fads.

I find beauty in women of all types, and generally find that skin art does not diminish that beauty.

Can't we all just get along on aesthetic values? For instance, I saw a puke arnge hat at the flea market emblazoned "1998 National Champions" and was unable to make a snap decision on whether to shell out an overpriced two bits for it to take home as firestarter, or just give it a prolonged gaze of appreciation for all the futility that's followed, especially turning the puke arnge them into Elevensee.

Like Cal Ripken Jr deciding to miss a game to end the streak today I am ending my streak of never having posted in "The Hat Thread".

Special "thanks" to weverossi for starting this thread with a simple post about trying to find an orange Alabama hat.

"Thanks" to everyone for keeping the hat thread alive all these years.

In the future I may again miss missing this thread. I now have the freedom to miss or miss missing the thread without the pressure to simply miss it.

But this moment is really about my fellow TideFans. Without you, this moment would not have been possible.

Did I say everyone with a tattoo is a bad person?
Or that having a tattoo makes someone evil? or unworthy of love or respect?

Spoiler - I didn't say ANYTHING like that. I merely expressed a SUBJECTIVE OPINION about beauty.

But somehow it's deserving a harsh/VULGAR response if I DARE have an opinion different than yours????

I have a good friend who owns a tattoo shop and is covered very nearly from head to toe, and several close relatives who I love dearly who are covered in varying degrees, So I guess that makes me a hater????
