our defense really dictated the tone last nite. before the game, everyone was talking about msu being pretty much automatic in the red zone. we also greatly limited their explosive plays which just destroys these spread offenses. we made them work for everything.

Dak had 82 yards but on 22 carries. I remember The commentators said he would need at least 90 for State to win.

I expect lot of players to get lot of rests and this weekend, we should see Coker, Sims, Stewart, Foster, Evans, WIlliams, Hootie JOnes, Tony Brown and etc.

On the slants it's easy, he's looking upfield before securing the ball. Sometimes it is the really simple things. The one he high-pointed was a ridiculously difficult catch but he had no need to look upfield...he made the catch.

They still competed at a extremely high level
They need the rest and it's coming at a good time.

Rewatching the game and when Stewart caught that little screen pass in the 3rd quarter and took off for about 10 yards or so, he looked a lot like Kenyan Drake with his speed and running style. Looking forward to seeing more of him.
